We are able to amend most items in our store to another language other than English and use special characters for the text. But please message us prior to placing the order to make sure this customization is able to be applied to your chosen item.

On some items this may incur an additional fee.

If you have purchased one of our items that requires a photo please send this over to us by email (info@paperbykarla.com) after you have made the purchase and we will add it to your order.

When sending over your photo please ensure that it is a high resolution of 300dpi, if we receive a photo that we think may not be the best quality for print or if it would not be suitable for the item we will get in contact.

Due to the handmade nature of each of our products, dimensions and finish may vary slightly.

Please refer to the item description section of the listing as every item has the size/sizes shown here. Please do check the sizing before making your purchase.

We don’t offer a proof design service on orders, however if your order is a custom order and you require this we will send this over for your approval. Otherwise we will make you order as mentioned in the relevant listing or as previously discussed by any previous messages.

If you’ve noticed an error with your delivery address please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to update this. Please note, if your item has already been packaged up and dispatched it won’t be possible to amend the delivery details.

Unfortunately, we cannot rush the production of your order any faster than the time frame indicated on our website. However, in most cases, we ship out orders earlier than the estimated shipment date. If you need something for a specific date, be sure and let us know so that we can try our best to achieve that for you. 

We want our customers to be happy with their orders but occasionally issues may arise.

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

We ship worldwide using ANPOST and the delivery usually takes a couple of days longer for Europe (5-7 working days), and FOR THE USA up to 10 working days (can take longer, all depending on customs). We accept no responsibility for late deliveries caused by delays in the postal network.
